I had wrestled a lot with myself on whether or not write this post. While the three articles I wrote on this blog about ePerks generated a lot of interest, it is my desire to move onto better things, such offering advise to real estate agents how to market their websites with the help of Hittial, by participating in online forums or becoming active on social media websites.

I am guessing that many of those who found my website through these ePerks articles have subscribed to my website. And I am very grateful to every one who left their comments and feedback. I will share a little more information in this post so it will help you to consider the content of the above mentioned articles.

I have earned my real estate license in New Jersey in October of 2005 and worked for short time as real estate agent for Diane Turton, Realtors in Jackson. However, my love for the Internet had lead me to leave the real estate industry and to start my own business in Internet Marketing. Par of my new adventure included to learn new ways of making legitimate income on the internet. And that was lead me to discover ePerks.

While I have been accused for being paid to write all the negative feedback on ePerks articles, it is far from the truth. In fact I was rewarded monetarily by ePerks for my first article. At the time I was offered a “pre-launch” preview of the website and according to agreement had written a small post about the company back in July. To be honest I did not expect what was to follow. Here is what Chesley H Webber had to say about ePerks:

I’m a Real Estate agent in Northern Virginia and was duped into buying into this ePerks thing. I bought two zip codes and they have taken the money out of my account and now I can’t find a single ad for them, and they refuse to answer any of my e-mails. I’m afraid this is just another flash in the pan, get rich quick scheme to rob Agents of their hard earned money. Every year new ones pop up with great hype about how they are going to flood you with clients and all you get are large bills and no responses.

It was the first negative feedback. However it was enough for me to write another post asking real estate agents for more feedback on the company. As former real estate agent I felt compelled to invite more of such feed back because I could have been in the Chesley’s shoes.

If you were one of those who followed closely the comments on those threads you may remember that I also attempted to close the comments. But I felt that by doing so I have done a disservice to those who needed a place to share their experience with ePerks.

In moving forward I just simply will not comment on those posts myself. If you feel how have something to say about ePerks feel free to do so. You are free to e-mail any of the ePerks articles to your colleagues. Also feel free to browse my website, there is much more to it that just four articles about ePerks.
