How Much Does It Take To Take Advantage Of A Realtor?

I would like to begin this post by saying that I have utmost respect to every one in this profession. In order to succeed in this business, you need to be strong, smart and most importantly very hard working. People think that money fall down from the sky for real estate agents. As some one who tried this career, even if only for 6 months, I can attest to the contrary- you need to work really hard to earn your commission.

Recently, due to one of the posts I have written, I can’t stop wondering that real estate agents are easy targets for savvy webmasters and computer geeks. It is in this light that I am wondering how much does it take to take advantage of a real estate agent? Not that much, if you ask me! Sometimes all that is needed are decent computer/programing skills and Google map technology.

Unfortunately many real estate agents do not realize that technology is there for any one to create their own “lead generating” machine.

I have decided to write series of articles about real estate and internet marketing/advertising in upcoming weeks on this blog. I have been involved in the internet marketing for over two years now and have accumulated considerable amount of knowledge and experience in the field.
