If you knew me better, you will probably realize that such a headline was quiet impossible. As far as harming my computer I consider Google to be the safest websites out there. However this morning (way ahead of April 1st) Google is showing that all website mays harm your computer, including www.google.com. If you notice a decline in today’s traffic you now know why. I think it’s funny, and they should repeat it on April 1st.

Funny post, but yes – scary as well. Certainly don't want my gmail info flying around cyberspace!

I thought it was rather funny, but now I think it is actually scary. Can't imagine if they have a glitch like that and your gMail public or something. They deserve the credit for dealing with the issue quickly even though it was a weekend.
It is always amusing for me when a big old provider such as Google makes a public failure to test cock-up. Still it's something to talk about.
I initially noticed that when ego searching. I thought for sure some on hacked into my server.
The title was catchy. One will never leave it without checking if the writer was just joking or was just bored. But after reading, upppsss, is this for real?
I really think this was an embarrassment for Google.
