PropertyMaps, a free map based real estate search website, is gaining in popularity. According to a recent press release, the website added all the MLS listings of Naples, FL area to their database.
PropertyMaps uses real Multiple Listing Service in combination with popular mapping tools such as Google Maps, Google Earth and Microsoft Virtual Earth. Visitors can quickly and easy search and visualize millions of real estate listings.
While anyone can use the website to search for a property, there are certain benefits real estate brokers should not pass the opportunity to sing up for free- main of them being lead generation.
PropertyMaps when working with real estate brokers, does not require any up-front cost, while offering up to 10 contacts/leads for free.
From the technical point PropertyMaps is designed very well and provides a superb user experience. Unlike ePrerks, PropertyMaps focuses its services exclusively to real estate.

This one still is much better than ePersk. The only downside is that most of the properties there right now are in sever figures. But the are utilizing the data from MLS and work with Realtors.

Are you guys affiliated with these owners? They are all the same in my opinion, they will all take your money and run. But this idea I don't get, good luck with it.

Neither of these websites offer any sort of affiliate program. However we did receive compensation of our first review of ePerks. We are trying to cover interesting new things that technology has to offer in respect to Real Estate. We do not promote either of the companies, just merely stating the fact they exists.
Few years ago agents were scared of Zillow, now some use it to their advantage.
I say kudos to all of these guys! Way to go! Specially these maps guys. Did you see that the average property on their website is $8,000,000.00 ??? They will get their money back, believe me.
Lets face it, these day a web site is a must. Most of the angry comments on ePerks came from realtors who have no website and care less about Internet marketing.
