Yeah…But if you get backlinks from high PR sites, then you are getting links from ‘authority’ and they are aged, mature sites. the higher the PR the better for me!

PR is not important nowadays as you can buy it too easily. Good quality backlinks is what counts.
My site is about Holiday letting in Spain for holiday property owners and is PR3, but all natural.

Actually, I think it is a great site for vacation home owners like myself because they allow me to insert a listing very quickly and just point it to an existing listing I have on another portal (this means I don’t have to waist 1 hour creating a new listing and uploading photos). Also, it is nice that I can use the Trusted Seal to promote my home.

There are sooo many vacation rental sites out there. I recently found a new one I like. I haven’t signed up yet but I think their selling pitch is that it doesn’t cost anything to list the home. You only pay dues once your rental is rented out. Great idea.
