Been very busy trying to keep up with things. The facts are that Tom Balletta and company have no valid agreement with John or I and we are now seeking legal action. They failed to issue me shares int he company as part of the agreement we originally came to, so they are NOT my partners and they DO NOT own Rss Pieces. These criminals have also recently been tracked to the hijacking of 30+ domains (including clients), a Denial of Service attempt on our servers where our clients reside, thieving of code, slanderous comments, failing to pay vendors (their IDX partner has been unpaid since Dec - which is what precipitated the fall out - I called them on their vendor payments) and even credit card fraud to one clients AMEX to the tune of $6000. The comments by Not Stupid and Not n the Cult have been tracked via ip to Andrea Sacca and Brian Buckett. Kind of late to the party here. Been very busy trying to keep up with things.
