		<description>I've always thought the abbreviation for Home Equity Loan should be changed.  You can always try to get a home equity line of credit (HELOC) as well. Best bet would be to approach a credit union if you are lucky enough to be a member. They are more apt to listen to you and give you a loan.</description>
