We really burned through a lot of homes on the MLS in Omaha, and finally figured out what we wanted after looking at 20+ homes. We looked at over 150 homes on the web though, and if some of them were waiting on the once-a-day update, I can see that we could have passed over them if they had dropped in price. I am kind of surprised to hear that these websites weren’t updating more often than once a day.
