I think one of the reasons that webmasters shy away from this plugin is of it&#039;s complexity. You really need to spend time to truly get to know it.
There is however another plugin, a less complicated one http://thomas.stachl.me/plugins/wordpress-gallery-slideshow/ - this one uses the WordPress&#039; native media setup yet it integrates JW Image Rotator- give that a try you might like it. For me it did not work. I need it more flexibility therefore I went with NextGEN.
