I have bookmarked it in favourites! See we are based in the UK and setting up a partnership with a US companies to purchase properties over there, so a resource like this is brilliant to help us find companies that can manage our properties that we purchase. One question though; are the management companies certificated to any standards or are they qualified for their competence before they are allowed to become a member, or is it whoever pays gets listed? I ask the question to see if we can place confidence in these companies to hand them over properties without worrying much whilst we are sat all the way in the UK? What an excellent resource!
