These sort of things are generally written by the lawyers on both sides.
Unfortunately I am not free to discuss the terms of settlement. I did learn
many lessons from it, and now am looking forward to put this behind me.

Anyway, it's clear that your message above was negotiated and written by lawyers, and that you're just posting it here as a condition of the settlement, to make this thing go away. I don't really expect those who have commented about the lawsuit will delete their commentary, or post retractions.
