Diane Turton, Realtors Website Review.

The companies website underwent several changes over the past year. The design can be improved. Some of the menus are blurry, and “look out of focus”. Unfortunately this is the first impression that a visitor get by visiting the website. Also, in order to find the search form which and Internet user can use to find the properties is not located on the front (home) page. It takes 2 clicks to find the form if your are familiar with the website. Visitor who may have come to the website with the intent to search for the property, my be discouraged not finding the form right away and leave. Otherwise the website is one of the best real website our editorial team has ever came across.

There are no reviews on the website itself. It seams as if the entire real estate industry is not open to public customers review option.

  1. The site is awful. Many links do not work. A new home on Washington Ave has a DT sign in front but there is no mention on the website. That says to me that it is hard to put a home on the website and therefore the client of DT is not getting fair and fast exposure to the internet market. I use it all the time. Pictures are of poor quality and often look blurry. Pictures are small and hard to see. This site has gone from bad to worse over the years. IT is time for an overhaul.

  3. The comment by Joe Lipman above is completely factually incorrect. When I sold my home with Diane Turton I could find it very easily using the Diane Turton Realtors website (http://www.dianeturton.com) search tool. I remember during the presentation I was given when I was shopping for a realtor that they mentioned they have over 1000 listings. It would be impossible for them to feature each listing on the home page, even as a client I understand that. Overall I had an excellent experience with DT. My agent was extremely knowledgable and encouraging during a stressful time in the life of my family. We closed quicker than the average client and got our asking price. Thanks Diane Turton!

  5. Diane Turton’s Beach Haven NJ office (LBI)cancelled our rental TWO WEEKS prior to our vacation in Holgate. The realtor blamed it on the owner of the home and did not compensate us for the new rental we had to fine in less than a week! It was just $200 and Diane Turton’s office refused to pay it. It’s not like they’re hurting to pay $200. If they wanted to keep us as repeat business, this was stupid on their part.
Our realtor was Rita Ripella and the owner was John Evans…both acted unprofessional and we were not happy to have our vacation house cancelled TWO weeks in advance of our rental.
I would never use this realtor again and don’t recommend them for summer vacation rentals.
